THIS PRODUCT IS HANDMADE IN BUFFALO, NY*** By the artisans at Stitch Buffalo who come from diverse cultural backgrounds. We support their mission to build community through their textile arts. They are not only 'Made in the USA' but they are made in Buffalo, NY!

Our Original Water Buffalo Club logo patch is sewn on the front of the hat. On the back of the hat is a tag that reads 'Water Buffalo Club, made in Buffalo, NY.' They are made from luxury shag fur, one of the most popular furs commonly used in mascot suit-making. It is known for its shiny softness. The inside has sturdy foam to hold them up and is then lined with a cotton jersey knit material, and is very soft on the skin. If they get wet, only hang them to dry; do not put them in the dryer as it could ruin them.

**All orders ship in a USPS priority box. If you would prefer to pick it up, please let us know in the 'note' section and leave your cell phone number and we will contact you. ** For pickup orders: You may pick them up at the Big Tree Inn, Stitch Buffalo, or an Elmwood Village location. We will contact you when they are ready for pick up and to determine which location you prefer.

**These hats are approximately 9" tall. They can fold inward so they do not block anyone's view sitting behind you at a game. Please ask your neighbor if they can see otherwise we ask that you remove your hat for the game.

Fabulous work

I ordered 2 for Christmas gifts and my son and his wife were extremely impressed and happy when they opened their gift! The workmanship was amazing and the medium size fit perfectly. They are excited to be able to wear them to a Bills game in their city, Charlotte, NC, next year! I would recommend these to anyone thinking of purchasing them. I bought the ones made by the talented women of Buffalo Stitch not the ones made in China. There isn’t any comparison between the two! The ones from China are made of cheap materials, it’s smaller compared to the ones made by Buffalo Stitch that are much taller, softer and comfortable . In addition you can choose many different colors to suit your taste! It was well worth the added cost!

Christmas Gift

I got my husband, who is a life long Bills fan, his Water Buffalo hat. To say he LOVED it is an understatement. He put it on right away and had to go change into his Allen Jersey to match. Wore it all night!! The craftsmanship, or I should say the craftsWOMENship that went into this hat was amazing! I will be ordering one for myself in the future. I have nothing but good things to say about the Water Buffalo Club and the deluxe hat. I ordered this as a Christmas present and my order was lost in the mail. The Water Buffalo Club stayed in close contact with me and promised I would receive the hat before Christmas. They stood by exactly what they said. They ended up having to ship me a new hat and overnighted it. The gift went over amazingly, they loved it. I couldn't ask for any better customer service, and I am grateful to them for delivering on their promise.
