A portion of proceeds from each hat will go towards Hope Chest Buffalo https://www.hopechestbuffalo.org/ ...and Jes Breathe Cancer Awareness Group.

Hope Chest is a support group encouraging breast cancer survivors to return to an unrestricted, active lifestyle and Jes Breathe Cancer Awareness speaks to cancer patients, families, and or caregivers about their journey during and after being diagnosed with Breast cancer, encouraging and motivating them, to embrace the diagnose with positivity.

Our 716 Water Buffalo Club logo patch is sewn on the front of the hat. On the back of the hat is a tag that reads 'Water Buffalo Club, made in Buffalo, NY.' They are made from luxury shag fur, one of the most popular furs commonly used in mascot suit-making. It is known for its shiny softness. The inside has sturdy foam to hold them up and is then lined with a cotton jersey knit material, and is very soft on the skin. If they get wet, only hang them to dry; do not put them in the dryer as it could ruin them.

**All orders ship in a USPS priority box. If you would prefer to pick it up, please let us know in the 'note' section and leave your cell phone number and we will contact you. If this is a gift and you want us to write a note - please also include that in the "Notes" section in the CART section. If you have any questions call 716-868-8868.

**If you are shipping to Canada or another country please message us first so we can help you with the postage amount. It is not always correct on Shopify. For Canada, we can go over the border to Fort Erie to mail it so it gets there faster and it will be less to ship.

** For pickup orders: You can pick it up at the Big Tree Inn, Stitch Buffalo, or the Elmwood Village and we will reach out to you when it is ready for pickup and to determine where you would like to pick it up from.

**These hats are approximately 9" tall. They can fold inward so they do not block anyone's view sitting behind you at a game. Please ask your neighbor if they can see otherwise we ask that you remove your hat for the game.

Deluxe hats, headbands, and vests are made-to-order, they are non-refundable. If you do have a flaw or defect please contact us so we can replace your item.
